Born into a family business of painting, decorating, and carpentry, Lynette was raised in Westhampton and began her career in the construction industry, working with a high-end custom home builder. Seeking to strike out into new territory, Lynette apprenticed under a much-sought-after floral designer and event planner in Bridgehampton. A short while later Lynette launched LRT Property Management, a boutique agency that provides Hamptons clients with concierge-style service and property management.
Her skills and resources allow her to service a range of clients. Her background in construction management, budgeting, managing, and bookkeeping gives her advanced and diverse experience in business management, while her attention to detail fuels her property management success.
